- Technician Apprentice (Mechanical): 12th, Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
- Technician Apprentice (Electrical): 12th, Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Technician Apprentice (Telecommunication & Instrumentation): 12th, Diploma in Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Radio Communication/Instrumentation & Control/Instrumentation & Process Control/Electronics Engineering
- Trade Apprentice (Assistant-Human Resource): Degree, Graduation
- Trade Apprentice (Accountant): Degree, Graduation
- Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentices, Skill Certificate Holders): 12th
Age Limit: As per the Indian Oil Corporation Limited Recruitment Notification, Candidate should have a minimum age of 18 years and Maximum of 24 years, as on 28-Feb-2025.
