- General Manager (T/P): Candidates should have 13 (Thirteen) years experience in a Group ‘A’ Organised Service of the Central/ State/ UT Government
- General Manager (Fin): Candidates should have 12 (Twelve) years experience in a Group ‘A’ Organised Service of the Central/ State/ UT Government
- General Manager (Legal): Candidates should have at least 14 years continuous & regular Service in the field of law/ legislative matters
- General Manager (Land Acquisition & Coordination): Candidates should have 13 (Thirteen) years experience in a Group ‘A’ Organised Service of the Central/ State/ UT Government
