Educational Qualification: As per NIIST official notification candidate should have completed ME/ M.Tech, Ph.D from any of the recognized boards or Universities.
- Age Limit: As per the National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science & Technology recruitment notification, the candidate’s maximum age should be 32 years , as on 28-12-2025.
Age Relaxation:
- OBC Candidates: 3 Years
- SC, ST Candidates: 5 Years
- PwBD (UR) Candidates: 10 Years
- PwBD (OBC) Candidates: 13 Years
- PwBD (SC/ST) Candidates: 15 Years
